A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
EXPERIENCE
With over 8 prior years of experience of breeding and selling kittens in Sweden (SE*Ullrtass's), I am knowledgeable with the various regulations, rules and paperwork (vaccinations/Rabies/Passport guidelines) needed when selling cats and kittens to various locations around the world including the Europe, Scandinavia and the United States. For the past eight years I have been a member of FIFe in the cat association of Sweden which is SVERAK (www.sverak.se), a Swedish Diplomerad Uppfödare since 2014 (see Link), and a member of the National Association of Norwegian Forest Cats of Europe since 2019 - present. I have previously worked for Scandipets Animal Transportation service in 2021 throughout Sweden and Norway (www.scandipets.se).
Because there is a great need for cat transportation services in Scandinavia now and abroad, as a Pet Courier our service fulfills a need that has has not yet been clearly met in Scandinavia and especially Sweden (where many beautiful cats are born and raised). Breeders are looking to transport kittens/cats from Scandinavia to owners in different parts of the world and prospective owners (from other parts of the world) would like the ease of buying/transporting kittens from Scandinavia now without having to personally travel, especially in the times of the corona pandemic.

MY WORK PHILOSOPHY
From my own experience of being a Cat Breeder and selling kittens overseas, I often found that my only choice when sending from Scandinavia abroad was to ship our kittens through the Cargo Hold (underneath the plane). This is not only extremely expensive but stressful as it also meant my cat or young kitten was sitting unaccompanied for long periods of time.
At layovers the kittens sit alone waiting to be fed for hours after being transferred to a holding area. After the long journey in Cargo Hold (17 hours or longer), many animals sit on a tarmac outside, exposed to the weather elements without food or water for hours while paperwork is cleared by officials and anxious owners wait to meet their new pets. For an adult cat this isn't as hard physically as for young kittens. Sending a young kitten at 12-13 weeks on a long journey unaccompanied, going without food and water for 24 hours or more is a deep stress on their body. I looked and sadly found there were no Cat Couriers in Sweden personally accompany cats and kittens outbound.
There had to be a better way...
Having worked throughout Scandinavia previously transporting dogs and cats has enabled me to connect with animal owners on a very personal level. Reuniting pets with their owners and kittens to their new family members is what I have found a passion for in life. My work not only brings me joy and because I care deeply with the animals I am transporting it sets me apart in how I do this work which is gently, responsibly and with love. My job is not just about getting a pet to their destination but about the journey they take getting there.
In addition to pre-screening health and vaccination forms and helping clients with travel arrangements to insure accuracy, when traveling with your pet from start to finish, I am gentle and caring with the animal at all times, taking their needs into consideration. I communicate with both the sender and the receiver during the journey at various points to insure everyone knows where we are in the journey and also how their beloved pet is doing. This is an equally important part of my job . Knowing that I am not only your animal's courier but more importantly their caretaker during each journey insures both the animals and their owners are happy and remain calm without stress. Both Breeders who send cats/kittens and the new owners and feel appreciation for their animals superb condition upon arrival to the new home transporting pets in a gentle and experienced way.
